After 6 months of use, I have had no problems. It works very well, has excellent pickup and its nice to have a orange backlit display. I use mine for my off-roading rig, and it takes a lot of abuse. I jump my rig and drive across the desert with windows down and the dust has not affected this radio in any way. Also this radio has a cool look to it, it has some personality. Not the same ol same ol. If your considering this one, go for it.. Its a good buy!!
