I practice tae kwon do and spar twice a week. A good cup was a must have. I tried several other brands before I found this one. Its very comfortable, fits great and does its job well. I've been hit several times and discomfort is minimal. The only thing I might suggest to the makers to remove the label on the back. Its kind of large and can be scratchy. However, if you have something under the cup its not bad at all. Very well designed piece of equipment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience; ordering, pricing, and delivery were exceptional. Will definately be purchasing more in the future.
