I read all the reviews on this product before buying it for Christmas. There were no bad reviews and you won't get one from me either - but I will point out a few minor issues. First of all, and most importantly, my 5 year old LOVES this toy!! She has jumped on it every day since we finally managed to get it put together - and the time it took us to get it together wasn't due to procrastination. Also, the part that is supposed to count, say the ABC's, and whatever else it's supposed to do has never worked.
If I were rating this toy strictly on the ease of putting it together and the tracker piece it would only get one - maybe two - stars. And the sad thing is, I'm sure the company would be more than willing to replace the piece that has never worked but I don't want to take it apart to make the exchange just to get a new one and have to put it back together again. :(
So, to summarize: It's not very easy to put together, and I don't have much confidence in the tracker part since ours hasn't worked from day one BUT... the kids will LOVE it and while it would be better if all the bells and whistles actually worked, it doesn't detract from the entertainment factor.
Would I recommend this product to others? ABSOLUTELY - but you may want to have a drink or two in you before attempting to put it together, just to calm your nerves first ;)
