I purchased this waist pack for cycling and running. I used it for the first time today for both, and it was great. As the other reviewers mentioned, it stayed in place well, did not bounce around while I was going (either for running, walking, or cycling), and the water bottle stayed in place very well. The water bottle itself was a good size and easy to grab. The pack itself stayed in place comfortably both around my waist and also low on my hips. Very comfortable. The best part was the pocket. I chose this product over some others because some of the others were reviewed to have a pretty small pocket. This one fit my cell phone (iPhone), a credit card, a set of keys, lip balm, an ID, and still had plenty of room. I could have fit several more things in this, but I just didn't need to. Perfect size pocket! It also breathed well and didn't make my back all sweaty (any more than any other part of me). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable way to carry some water and a few things while out exercising.
