Bring 3 quarts water to boil and remove from heat 2. Place Cold-Hot Pack in water for not more than 8 minutes (5 Minutes if pack is at room temperature) 3. Remove and place Cold-Hot Pack in cover or wrap in towel and apply to affected area. Microwave Instructions 1. Place Cold-Hot Pack in glass bowl covering pack with water. 2.
