I don't have this exact product, but the inner working (COLD-HOT) pack is just like a product I have had for over 15 years and still use today. The fact that the ice is bendable rather than stiff coming out of the freezer makes it so much better than using a lunch pak or filling a bag with ice cubes that eventually leak. Mine came with a black velcro-attachable band for stretching around the waist, over the shoulder, etc. I think this is one of the most used health products that should be in every home, simply because it is handy and useful!!
