Owner Reviews, Ratings, Comments and Criticism I thought that I had read that there was up to a 9 sequence combination, but there is only four. You can double+ up on a button, so that makes it a bit more secure. My safe came with a slight dent/scrape in one of the corners. They shipped the keys where they made a slight scratch on the door. Putting in the batteries takes a bit of doing. You have to pull the upper insulating rubber down and forward from the back of the vault and fish for the thumb screws to drop the battery pack down and out to insert the batteries. You can't really see to much, things are quite hidden. Redoing the combination was easy after I finally found the reset button. The instructions say it is just beneath the #2 button, which means directly under the #2 button under the upper rubber cover. Feel for the hole under the rubber. You can lift the front rubber bottom just a bit to put the screws under it. Two rear screws can be slipped into enlarged holes and then slid backward into notches. Except for the mickey mouse 4 push button combination, I'm happy.
