What a mistake. The 2 guys who delivered it made it out to look like it weighed alot. What a joke. Once we got it in the house and they left we actually got our hands on it. After you remove the packing materials and the wooden pallet, you can remove another 20+ lbs. from its actual weight (read shipping weight). This thing is about as "safe" as my old filing cabinet in my back office. Same old flimsy metal. I can actually pick this up by my self. It does however have a fancy "safe" type door. Good luck with that. it would take about 2 minutes with a cheap drill and an sawz all to cut this tin can open. I eventually put it on my bathroom scale. It weighed in at a wopping 162 lbs. Needless to say I couldnt call the supplier fast enough to come get this joke. I ended up getting a major brand fire rated safe for about $220.00 more. better built, lifetime warranty, fire rated and weighs 450 lbs. You wont be dragging that out the door. Trust me, get the fire rated safe. well worth the money. same gauge metal but much more substantial. You can't give a "zero" rating on this or I would. The only plus here was the shipping. That was excellent and the delivery guys were great. DONT go by the pictures. Go by the spec's, the warranty and the weight and you'll be much happier.
