One 17 foot speed agility ladder comes with a good quality nylon carry bag, two integrated attached cinch straps to keep your ladder 100% tangle free, and a get you started speed drills DVD. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. The ladder has high quality plastic rungs spaced approx. 20 inches apart. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has rubber ends on the rungs which helps the ladder to not slide out of place. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats. Good for all sports. The free dvd shows 2 college athletes demonstrating 20 of the latest Speed drills. Dvd was produced by the college athletes. This is not a commercial video however they did a nice job showing you 20 of the drills they do in their training. This DVD is a free bonus with the purchase of the speed ladder. This ladder is not as heavy duty as a NFL teams speed ladder would be. Those ladders would cost you $75 or more. My 10 year old son wanted one of these to improve his speed and agility for football. I looked around and most of them sell for anywhere between $30-$100. The agility ladder is a simple concept and I thought about just making one of my own until I saw this one for an incredibly cheap price. I was a little worried about the quality, but once we got to using it I can promise you this a sturdy, well-made product and just as good as the more expensive competitors. If you are looking to grabbing several of these for your team on the cheap, you won't be disappointed. My son has used this every day for over a month now and stomped on it, gotten tangled in it and slung it around and it's very durable. The slats are also adjustable if you want to change the width of the squares. The longer ones are also a great price, and it looks like they are made the exact same way. I'd recommend this product to anyone.
