The Fenix LD01 is extremely small, not much bigger than the AAA cell it uses. It has 3 modes: primary, low, and maximum. You might be put off by the high price of this flashlight. Don't be. This is an investment in a high quality tool that will outshine flashlights several times its size. The LD01 improves on the already excellent L0D. The LD01 has 85 lumens of pure white light, a super reliable switch, and no flicker at the two lower light settings. It does not have the flashing modes of the L0D which are rarely used anyway. It comes with a stiff stainless steel pocket clip, but I prefer to attach a Fenix lobster claw key clip instead and attach it to the key ring in my computer bag. The small size of this flashlight makes it convenient to carry with you at all times. It will fit into the change pocket of your jeans. If you're storing this flashlight in an emergency kit or other place where it will not be used often, I recommend using a lithium AAA battery so that it'll be ready when needed and won't leak if left unused for a long time. You won't be disappointed.
