Out of the box, all three worked - very bright. About an hour later, one of them would not turn on, and another would come on dim. I changed out batteries and traded out caps (the switch is in the cap), but the problem appears to be connectivity between the ground connection of the little LED circuit board and the flashlight body. The second one finally quit a few days later, but the third one still works well. It's the silver one, and I suspect the color treatment of the other two is what killed the conductivity. While the price is good, I'm left with only one working flashlight. I wouldn't recommend this purchase. -Glenn-
