First, when I ordered these googles, the shipping time was amazingly quick! I was very pleased.
Unfortunately, my daughters Lacrasse coach said she needed other goggles, and that these ones wouldn't do. I called customer service for information on returns and the lady I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.
I was able to return the product, received a full refund, no hassles what so ever!
I just love it when I come across a company with exceptional customer service...it is so rare these days.
