I have been on what feels like an eternal search for the perfect exercise mat that will hold up to plyometrics workouts on my hardwood floors. I have tried mats of various thicknesses and made from various types of materials and so far they have all been either too slippery (mats with no texture become a deathtrap on hardwood floors) or tear apart in no time (the typical yoga mat from the big box store). I decided to try this one out because the texture was different than anything I have tried before and so far so good! The mat moved around very little on my hardwood floors and after two workouts it doesn't have a single mark on it. The last couple of yoga mats I tried left little bits of mat all over the floor and all over me after one workout. I'm sure this isn't the greatest mat ever but I'm not willing to shell out $100+ for the PX90 mat so this one will work just fine.
