I purchased this as a second option to deal with my tennis elbow (my first purchase was Futuro Tennis Elbow Support (w / tension pad), One Size/ADJ, Black, 1 Support (Pack of 2))
Pros: Price, all foam (comfort), strong velcro, large air filled tendon pad.
Cons: All foam- not very durable. After a week of wear, the foam is starting to come off in pieces.
In short, I use this one for just casual wear around the house so as not to aggravate the tendon (I've even slept with it on). I use the Futuro band when I'm more active (actually playing tennis) or working in the yard. My optimal choice would be the Futuro band with this Air Cell tendon pad.
