I have had problems with tennis elbow and tend to move a lot overnight so this product seemed just the item to help keep my arm straight while I slept. The support is very soft and comfortable to wear overnight. I've had mine for a little over a month and while the softness is a plus, I question its durability. The hook part of the velcro is on the straps and will secure to any part of the sleeve, not just the velcro strips. Because of this, the outside of my support has started to fray from the repeated on and offs. The unit has also stretched since I've had it, requiring me to have to tug tighter to secure the support onto my arm an keep it from slipping down overnight. As far as other gripes, is that it's a bit difficult to put the support on by myself. I'm an average sized male and since it only comes in one size, but I'm not sure how a person with thin arms would be able to wear this. When this unit wears out, I'm going to look for an alternative. If I can't find one, I'll buy this again.
