It fits so well because the proximal cuff is looser to fit the upper arm or ankle, while the distal stitch is stronger and tighter to prevent migration. This is perfect for those of us suffering from ulnar nerve compression, as well as sitting at your desk for long periods of time, or driving long distances in the car where you naturally rest your elbow on a hard surface. The Heelbow distributes the pressure on the elbow through the padding and helps prevent pain when bumping the elbow.
I use it every day and it has helped immensely! It also reminds me not to bend my elbow when I can avoid bending it.
