I bought a few different elbow braces and this one provides the omost support, however, it can't provide the same support and tight Ace bandage wrap or taping can. If you are in a pinch, I would recommend this though, especially for everyday use or sports like basketball or golf. I need support for throwing, which this is almost enough for, but not quite.
