I really like this strap for how light it is and for how it does not stick out. Wear a long sleeve shirt over it and it's fairly hidden. It makes a difference for me and dealing with my cronic tennis elbow. So, I wear it when I garden/do yard work and when I am at work typing. I have one at my desk at work and another at home.
