I have many pairs of ear protection, a few are electronic. These are fantastic, I have had no issues with them in functionality or fit. I have a small head so it is hard to find good ear protection that does not slide down. I also wear a hat and have had no issues with the combination.
The LEDs are ok, I usually keep them turned off. The manufacture has the NRR 31 performance data posted to their web site. These really do work well for the price. Almost all of the other companies that make electronic muffs charge 2x times the price and have a much lower NRR rating. When I compare these to the set of very expensive electronic ear muffs I purchased a few years ago, these blow them away.
Build quality is good too, no worse than the very expensive set I have. both are made in the same country!
