This Howard Light earmuff is an ultra-lightweight, multiple position, dielectric earmuff designed for extended wear at an affordable price. Multiple position headband for over-the-head, behind-the-head, or under-the-chin wearing. It's a good alternative to cap-mounted earmuffs when using other PPE, and the dielectric construction makes it suitable for electrical environments. Noise Reduction Rating is 25.

The "QM24 Earmuffs" are a very good value for quality hearing protection. We use these when working in a high noise area and at the shooting range. Here are my observations:
* Fairly Comfortable; the headband places the ear protectors at just the right angle and the ear cushions are good enough for several hours of continues use, but the top of the headband is not padded and does apply pressure on the scalp
* Good Sound Attenuation; these work very well for reducing the damaging levels of noise from running our shop compressors and the sharp levels produced at the range
