First when I tried to purchase the item, it was labeled as elbow pads, which I wanted. When I clicked on the item it took me to a page to purchase knee pads. Finally got a hold of the vender to ensure they were sending the right product, which they were not going to originally. After receiving the item it became obvious that it was not what I expected. Looked like a fine product, but not what I was looking for. I contacted the vender twice before returning the item to inquire about returning with no response till after I sent the product back. The response was a missed call. I have since tried to contact the vender several times to find out the status of my return with no response at all, no refund, no efforts what so ever from them. I am $30 invested into a product that they have and feeling like I have no chance of closer in this situation. I would not buy from this outfit EVER AGAIN!
