The block the sun and any dust/dirt that flies up as I'm cycling. My only minor grief is that I'm noticing when it's hot the glasses can steam up a bit. Maybe it's the way I'm breathing or it's actually sweat from my brow and not steam but either way, at the top of the lens it will get very slightly cloudy.
