Good: This product does what it is supposed to do. It pushes my 1000w Kicker no problem.
Bad: it sais 1200w but that is peak at 2ohms. Its 4ohms or one speaker standard configuration is 200w RMS
Bottom line: it will run on max for a half hour before it starts turning off on you from over heating. I fixed this by adding heat sinks with fans off old computers. So it will push more power longer.
