Reese Towpower Canoe Loader is designed to load or unload a canoe or kayak quickly on to the vehicle equipped with a trailer hitch. To load the canoe simply place one end of the canoe onto the cross bar, then pick up the other end, tie around to the front of the vehicle and secure the canoe for travel. The canoe loader will swivel to allow for easy movement while supporting one end of the canoe. It includes an adapter bracket to allow for towing while using the canoe loader.

I bought this product to haul my new 13.5 foot kayak with my truck. The canoe loader works well with my existing roof rack to securely haul my kayak. The canoe rack moves around more than I would like but adding tie downs to both sides keeps it snug.
