The Old Town Standard Motor Mount allows you to affix a gas or electric motor to any Old Town canoe for added power and versatility. This mount moves the motor away from the side of the canoe, making it more comfortable to operate while looking forward. A heavy-duty, rust-free aluminum bracket can hold engines up to three horsepower.
Installation and removal are quick and easy, and the hardwood block provides a sure mounting surface for electric motors. The mount can be adjusted for left- or right-handed operation. Note it will not fit wood-trimmed canoes.

This first motor mount I received didn't have all the parts but Amazon sipped me out another one quickly and it has worked great. I use a Minn Kota thirty pound thrust motor and the mount is solid.
