I first used a Crazy Creek canoe chair while canoeing in the BWCA. They are light weight,durable,and a real pleasure when sitting around the fire in the backcountry. I like to lean mine back against a Duluth pack,tree,log,etc.
Their are many imitations on the market, but I have not yet found one with the same features, and durability of those made by Crazy Creek.
