This is a nicely made product and even though I haven't been using it long it appears it will last a long while.They have 3 different resistance bands you can get but the one I received was the medium resistance.When you are just stepping side to side you think it isn't doing much at first but you will start to feel it later.Bringing your knees up to your chest is much more challenging and fast feet will certainly strengthen your legs.Fast feet will make you stronger and quicker and when you are not wearing it you feel lighter on your feet.I would recommend this product.
