Well made, heavy steel parts made in the USA (Kentucky). Steel wheels too. No plastic junk. No thin sheet metal. The picture does not show it but the bolts and nuts to attach the wheels are included also.
However, the frame tubes on the bike I was going to put them on were too big for the part that keeps the training wheel bracket from pivoting around the axle. So I bought the 10252/252 model instead. They were perfect. They fit on bigger frame rails than the model 252. They also have adapters to fit on the smaller frame rails like the 252 does, so if you are not sure, go with the 10252/252 model training wheels. The model 252 will only fit frame rails up to 3/4 inch diameter. The 10252/252 will fit those and 1" frame rails. The frame rail I am talking about is the one that goes from the rear axle to the pedal cranks. Anyway, the model 10252/252 is sold here on Amazon also, and the price isn't different enough to matter.
Anyway, both the 252 and the 10252/252 model of Wald training wheels are a multitude of times better than the stuff that comes on your typical low-cost Walmart/Kmart bike. In fact, the original ones that came on my daughter's bike kept bending. I replaced them with Wald training wheels and have had no more problems.
