She absolutely loves it and uses it constantly while sitting in front of the television. Due to hot weather and mosquitoes, she is unable to walk outside, and this little exerciser has more than substituted for her lack of outdoor walks. She also uses it for her arms and is very happy with the results. The Isokinetics Pedal Exerciser is well engineered and constructed for stability.
