Well, as the world of Bats goes round and round as to how we allow hitting with bats that basically take all the "hit" out of a bat, this bat is excellent.
This bat is a wonder of technology: long and light. Allowing for a flat and fast swing from your wimipiest little leaguer. My husky 10 year old who hits like a 12 year old was all over the fast pitch machine in the batting cages pulling balls like he had never done before.
So the good news is: the bat does everything it's supposed to do. But you only need to watch and listen to see how much "hmpf" has been taken out of this (and bats like this). Again: my son was ripping balls with this bat but the actual distance traveled by the ball compared to the effort expended was disproportional.
None of this has much to do with buying this bat. Do. Buy it. It works. It's just a shame that we're now allowing our Little Leaguers to hit hardballs with bats that are getting closer and closer to. . .wiffle ball bats.
