Took me over an hour to assemble the first time (though I'm admittedly challenged in this area). Subsequent setups go faster but you won't get much life out this before the plastic parts start breaking. I guess $20 for a few days of fun over the summer is not that bad of a deal, but spend a little more and get something that will last. Not what you expect from Eddie Bauer.
