I bought the brace for Christmas and have been using it for about 2 weeks. I use it about 20 minutes at a time while sitting at my desk and when it starts to feel uncomfortable (because I am not used to sitting straight) I take it off to rest. Once I realize that I am slouching again, I put it back on. It seems that the longer I have been wearing it, the longer I go without slouching.
