I ordered this product to assist me with my posture due to my osteoporosis. I get a lot of back pain in my spine between my shoulder blades due to my stooped posture. Immediately, when I put on the brace, I felt relief from the pain and pressure in my spine. I have also noticed, that it also forces me to twist at my hips and not my upper back. This will help me prevent further fractures. I plan on wearing it while doing my bone building exercises of my spine. I hope it will help me keep my spine in correct alignment to strengthen the muscles of my back.
The material is soft and does not rub. The brace itself is really comfortable for me to wear. I have worn other braces that have rubbed my arm pits and really hurt. This one does not. I highly recommend it if you have a mild stooped posture from osteoporosis and suffer from the pain and pressure.......
