this is a great buy for the money. but make sure that you only get it from partners2create. i made the mistake of getting it from a hydroponic store just so i can save 4 dollers and a international shippong charge. big mistake. i then got my pakage and discovered that they send me the wrong one!!! a cheaper one of lower quality, one i could have gotten way cheaper else where. send the seller a message. did not hear from him. filled a claim with amaqzon. still nothing!!! and a week later amazon refunded my money(thank god ).then of coarse the seller finally send me a message to return him the vest. HA HA HA. funny how he didnt return a single email out of my 20 until it was his money on the line. I then ordered it from partners 2 creat and got it faster than the one from texas. from israel to california is less than a week. I still cant belive it. and boy is it nice!!! It even came with a bag!!! i just hope i dont have to find out if it works the bad way. anyways its a really nice high quality vest. hope this review helps..... peace....
