Yes...these are not exactly as shown...But I bought a pack of these back in May and discovered that. After using them I had to get more (3 more packs) for the rest of my target arrows. These 'modified' bullet points are target friendly. They resemble a smaller bullet point on the tip that expands to a full bullet point at the base. These go into the target without shredding the material that covers the target (I have a couple of the green woven fabric covered targets.) I have shot these at least 1,000 times and there are no permanent holes or damage to my targets.
