i frequently twist my ankle playing basket ball so i bought this item to support and protect my ankle. not saying this is a bad product or something is wrong with. but if you play basket ball and need real protection and support i will not advice you this product.
if you want to use to walk around or run with, it will be a good support for your ankle, as true i don't use to play i still use it to run.
conclusion if you have ankle problem and need support and protection i will advice you To buy McDavid ankle with strap you will have a better protection and will not need to worry about your ankle when playing.
