I ordered this product because it says that it can be hanged in the tent. The product arrived without a hook eventhough the box indicates that there is one included. I contacted AMAZON and they arranged for an exchange. Surprisingly, the exchange arrived the following day but it does not have a hook either! I suspect that someone removed the hooks and is selling them separately for profit. This is not right!. I plan on keeping the replacement fan/light just because we will need it soon, otherwise I would return it and get my money back!
